WHAT IS FINEINDIA.CA?

fineindia.ca is an online Indian grocery store delivering over 1000 authentic Indian products to customers all over GTA. We aspire to be your favorite go to destination for all Indian products. 

CAN I COME TO YOUR STORE?

Yes. We are located at 3040 don mills road east, Unit 4A, North York, Ontario.

DO YOU HAVE A PHYSICAL LOCATION?

YES. We are physical Store. We also take orders through our website and do home delivery across GTA.

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation email, one of our order pickers will be assigned to your order and you will receive a call from the store to coordinate with you on your requirements any addition and substitutions can be done at that time.

If a product is not available the order picker will offer you a alternate products and take your conformation. 

In addition to the above, we also send out alerts via email / text at different stages of the process.

AN ITEM I WANT IS NOT LISTED ON YOUR WEBSITE

We're constantly adding new items to our store. You can email us with your product suggestions at fineindiagrocers@gmail.com and we will make an effort to try to avail the item for you. Sometimes it's not possible to get specific items due to supply issues, limited customer demand etc.

you can also use our "upload shopping List" to upload products you could not find on our website and then coordinate with the order picker to see if those products are available or can be arranged alsong with your order. 

AN ITEM I WANT SHOWS IT'S SOLD OUT

Our goal is to always have all listed items in stock. Generally an out of stock item should be back within 1 weeks. In some rare circumstances items may remain sold out for longer than that due to sudden spikes in demand or supply issues. 

DO YOU SHIP TO MY LOCATION?

Currently we are not Shipping outside GTA, we use our own drivers to deliver the products to you.

HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?

Shipping address in North York Ontario:

  • FREE (Orders $100 and above before taxes)
  • $10 (Orders up to $99 before taxes)                                                  

Shipping Address in GTA:

  • One of our drivers will deliver the order. 

WHAT IF I'M NOT AT HOME DURING DELIVERY?

Shipping Address in GTA:

We coordinate with you and inform you when you should expect our driver well in advance 

Our driver will leave the package at your building Lobby/Reception area.

If the driver is unable to access your building then we can offer you an alternate delivery slot during the next delivery run.

We can only offer a second delivery slot one time. 

HOW LONG DOES DELIVERY TAKE?

Shipping address is in Ontario:

  • All orders are delivered within 24 to 48 hour

HOW CAN I PAY?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express & Discover). We also accept payment via Paypal. Some debit cards (Visa & Mastercard) are also accepted.

 ARE THERE ANY ADDITIONAL CHARGES?

We are committed to a fully transparent pricing model so there will never be any hidden or unexpected charges.

DO YOU ACCEPT CASH ON DELIVERY?

No

I'M MISSING AN ITEM IN MY ORDER

We take due care to ensure all orders are packed fully with no errors. From time to time mistakes do happen. Please contact us at fineindiagrocers@gmail.comwith your order number so that we can resolve the situation for you. 

I WANT TO CANCEL MY ORDER

Until the time you receive the shipping confirmation email, your order can be cancelled at no charge with no questions asked by emailing us at fineindiagrocers@gmail.com. you can also call the store @4164968887 to cancel a order

Once you've received the shipping confirmation email we are not able to cancel the order as it means the order has already left our warehouse. 

AN ITEM IN MY ORDER IS DAMAGED

We take care to pack all items with most care to ensure no problems during transit.
