Due to the current pandemic, you may experience longer than usual preparation time. Please bear with us during this time.

To maintain physical distancing and contactless delivery for the safety of our customer and staff, we will be following this procedure for delivery:

• House/Basement: Order will be placed at your doorstep.
• Apt/Condo: Order will be placed in the building lobby.

Customer will be notified when order is delivered. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience.

DELIVERY

PEEL REGION

We strive for preparing and delivering on the same day if placed before 2PM Tuesday to Sunday. Otherwise, it may take up to 2 business days.

HALTON, TORONTO and YORK REGION

Orders will be prepared and delivered within 2 business days. Orders placed after 2PM will be counted towards the next business day.

Our delivery schedule is 4PM to 10PM each day EXCEPT Sunday and public holidays. 

While we do aim for same day delivery, you may experience delay due to different reasons such as preparing orders we received before yours and some of your items being out of stock due to the dynamic nature of online inventory. However, we always try to update our customers about their order status in case of any delays.
